How soon will my order be dispatched?
We will dispatch products “In Stock” within 24 – 36 hours of placing the order. For other categories (Preorder and Customized), product dispatch time will depend on the estimated manufacturing time ( 7 – 9 working days) and the same will be informed along with order confirmation mail.
When will the order reach me?
The time taken for the products to reach you depends on the location of delivery and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
How will I know if my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a notification (SMS / e-mail) from us with the Order ID and tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

Are there any hidden costs on the product sold?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase. List prices are final inclusive of GST. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay excluding shipping charges.
Shipping charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the package weight and the location of delivery.
What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Preorder” mean?
In Stock
Product that is available for immediate sale in the shop and through website.
Out of Stock
Currently, the product is not available for sale. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to know once it is available for purchase.
Preorder
Product that will be released soon and that can be pre-booked by you. Such products will be shipped to you on the day of its official launch.
